Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide marketing decisions and product positioning.
  • Generate qualified leads targeting our ideal customer profile.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate funds strategically to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create synergies that drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Create content that can be used across our different social media channels in the marketing campaigns that you develop.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public relations activities, enhancing our standing within the industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns that have demonstrably increased brand visibility and business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics platforms, with proven ability to leverage these tools to drive business objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and manage cross-functional teams effectively, even in a virtual or small team environment initially.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a strong aptitude for identifying trends, optimizing marketing spend, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in digital marketing or strategic management a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset, with the agility and perseverance required to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience crafting data-driven marketing strategies that align with company goals and adapt to changing market conditions.
